Reach Truck Operator Job Description

Join MAU Workforce Solutions as a Reach Truck Operator and take on a challenging role in our Griffin, GA warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient storage and retrieval of goods, as well as the accurate distribution of finished products to meet company and customer requirements.

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma
  • 6+ months of warehouse experience
  • 1+ year(s) of reach truck experience
  • Stock/inventory maintenance skills
  • Slip sheet experience preferred
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
  • Work cooperatively within a team environment
  • Multitask with competing priorities
  • Flexible work hours to account for overtime as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Responsibilities
  • Unload, palletize, and put away shipments
  • Re-box units as directed and place them in stock locations
  • Replenish stock locations as needed to ensure FIFO
  • Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment
  • Conduct inventory counts of finished goods and accessories as required
  • Ensure good housekeeping practices are followed daily
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse and company
  • Embrace and support growing business demands in a changing environment
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
