Job Description

Xplor Field Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue quotas
  • Run web-based product demonstrations to potential customers via screen share
  • Partner with potential customers to understand their challenges and present how FieldEdge can solve those problems
  • Forecast revenue in weekly pipeline reviews
  • Follow and document sales processes
  • Use Salesforce to track all activity and interactions
  • Become an expert on the FieldEdge product and the field services industry
  • Supplement existing pipeline with additional self-generating efforts

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an Account Executive role with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding quota
  • Experience selling software via web/phone
  • Ability to provide tangible examples of learning new products quickly
  • Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce preferred)
  • Willingness to support teammates and utilize internal resources to close deals
  • High level of empathy for potential customers, current customers, and coworkers
  • Ability to articulate product value proposition with any level of detail or brevity
  • Tenacious work ethic with a desire to be a top performer
  • Willingness to perform outbound sales in addition to inbound sales
  • Willingness to be coached and participate in weekly team trainings
