  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Resolve issues promptly and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Scheduling and Dispatch: Optimize scheduling and dispatch processes to minimize response times. Reduce costs and increase productivity.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes. Ensure high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports on service performance, customer satisfaction, and team productivity. Provide insights for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure staff adheres to health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in HVAC or a related field.
  • Degree in a related field or equivalent field experience.
  • Extensive experience with commercial boilers and chillers.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems.
  • Must hold DC steam engineer class 3 or higher, or be eligible and willing to obtain it.
  • Certifications or licensing in HVAC preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with diverse clients and internal teams.
  • Experience with service management software such as ServiceTrade or similar platforms.
