As a Sales Performance Optimization Leader at InsideScale, you'll be responsible for driving sales excellence and delivering exceptional results for our clients. With a proven process honed over 7+ years, you'll be equipped to accelerate revenue growth and improve sales performance. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to take on a leadership role and make a meaningful impact on our clients' businesses.

About the Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for architecting client projects, managing SDRs, and owning the client relationship. You'll implement our methodologies across people, process, and technology, identify areas for innovation, and design omni-channel sequences that drive conversions. You'll consistently meet project milestones and lead a team to meet or exceed client revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pair with InsideScale leadership to architect client projects and manage SDRs
  • Implement InsideScale methodologies across people, process, and technology
  • Identify areas for innovation and optimize processes to drive better results
  • Design omni-channel sequences and tactics that convert across email, call, video, social, direct mail, etc.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales development leadership, rev ops, or sales enablement strongly preferred
  • Experience administering Salesforce and Outreach.io strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with sales and data operations
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to guide a team and 'manage up'
  • Focus and attention to detail; commitment to upholding InsideScale quality standards

Compensation: $155K+ OTE, remote with possibility of onsite client visits, option to be hired at our clients if it's 'love-love'
