Position Overview:

The primary objective of this role is to perform routine maintenance tasks on various facilities, including HVAC systems, compressors, service vehicles, fueling equipment, and other essential machinery according to a structured schedule.


Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly wage of $16-18 (eligible for overtime compensation)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute tasks and directives from supervisors efficiently and competently.
  • Adhere to OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Administration) regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
  • Prioritize personal safety and the safety of colleagues while working.
  • Perform all necessary preventative maintenance on designated equipment in accordance with best practices.
  • Complete documentation and reports promptly as required.
  • Manage inventory of supplies, materials, and tools as necessary.
  • Conduct site inspections and communicate any issues to the appropriate management personnel.
  • Collaborate with team members to address inquiries via phone and email.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of general maintenance tasks.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation with the ability to work efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting and repairs on fueling systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness and operational integrity of company-provided vehicles, tools, and equipment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience:
1-2 years of maintenance experience is preferred.
1-2 years of experience with HVAC systems, fueling systems, or mechanical maintenance is advantageous.

Skills and Physical Requirements:
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong time management capabilities.
Demonstrated work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
Basic computer and smartphone proficiency for managing communications and tasks.

Physical Demands:
Extensive travel may be required.
Must possess a clean driving record and valid driver's license.
Willingness to travel extensively with potential overnight stays.
Job may involve prolonged sitting, bending, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer and calculator.
Normal range of hearing and vision is required.
