About the Role: What will you do?

As a vital member of our retreading team, you will contribute to the process of recapping and remolding tires, effectively extending their lifespan and getting them back on the road.

In our retread facilities, you will have the chance to support the retreading process through various stages:
  • Evaluate tires to determine their suitability for retreading
  • Buff the tire casing to eliminate worn tread
  • Remove embedded debris, rust, and repair the tire casing
  • Utilize rubber cement or patches to repair the casing before applying new tread
  • Construct the tire by applying new tread
  • Cure the tire to shape the retread application
  • Conduct a final inspection to ensure a safe and high-quality product

Basic Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
  • Basic computer skills are required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or general labor is advantageous
