Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and participating in the maintenance of all plant equipment and facilities.
  • Coordinating and leading maintenance teams to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Developing and implementing maintenance plans and schedules to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel.
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, including experience with PLCs and control systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct maintenance teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex maintenance issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other maintenance software.
