We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Northwest Kidney Centers in a part-time, evening shift position. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and documentation in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be responsible for providing patient care, education, and support to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
Responsibilities:- Deliver and document patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Equivalent of Associate or Baccalaureate degree with a Nursing major.
- Current Registered Nursing license in the state of Washington.
- One year of previous nursing experience.
- Prior dialysis experience.
