Job Title: Registered Nurse

Northwest Kidney Centers is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a part-time, evening shift position. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and documentation in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse is accountable for the delivery and documentation of care of patients dialyzing at NKC. The nurse is self-directed and accepts and follows leadership from the designated charge nurse, supervisor or manager, and performs relief and/or project duties as related to the overall goals of the department and company.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care and documentation in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify their unique needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Equivalent of Associate or Baccalaureate degree with a Nursing major.
  • Current Registered Nursing license in the state of Washington.
  • One year of previous nursing experience.
  • Prior dialysis experience.
