Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Bi-Weekly Payroll Coordinator to join our team at MSCCN. In this role, you will be responsible for processing both the weekly and bi-weekly payrolls, as well as maintaining accurate payroll records and reports.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Interpret and prepare payroll time and adjustment transactions for upload into the payroll system.">
  • Reconcile payroll output for processing to ensure accuracy.">
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and departments regarding paycheck issues.">

Requirements

">
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Payroll operations is required.">
  • Familiarity with Kronos Timekeeping System and/or PeopleSoft HCM is highly desirable.">
