Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team at Collabera. The ideal candidate will have experience in data integration, data analysis, and analytics, as well as proficiency in SQL, data profiling, and data quality. The successful candidate will also have experience with ETL mapping, data lineage, and data transformation, as well as knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, and Teradata.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct data analysis and create data visualizations to support business decisions
Develop and maintain data management processes and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues
Design and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and integrity

Requirements

3+ years of experience in data management, data analysis, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with data research and analysis
Knowledge of credit loan processing
Strong SQL skills with Oracle, SQL Server, and Teradata
