Robot Assembly Technician

Primary Responsibilities:

The Robot Assembly Technician plays a crucial role in the construction and upkeep of advanced mosquito sorting automation systems.

Key Daily Tasks:

1. Assemble and diagnose robotic systems incorporating mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic elements.
2. Oversee and manage small quantities of assembly materials.
3. Execute maintenance procedures on robotic systems in the event of mechanical issues and take proactive measures to reduce future risks.

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

- Proven experience in assembly, maintenance, inventory management, and equipment operation.
- Proficient in interpreting diagrams and following detailed work instructions.
- Familiarity with general machine assembly and common hand tools.
- Competence in documenting faults and failures in tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify irregularities in component assembly.

Desirable Skills/Qualifications:

- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with mechanical and electrical systems.
- Skills in operating computers and controllers, including automation dashboards.
- Experience in inventory tracking and management.
