Contract Details: This position is offered on an initial contract basis, providing a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance, along with a 401k plan.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with options for either first shift (6:00am - 2:30pm) or second shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm).

Compensation: The hourly wage ranges from $18 to $21, translating to an annual salary of approximately $36,000 to $42,000.

Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Production Technician to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will engage in various manufacturing processes to ensure the production of high-quality products. Responsibilities include assembly, troubleshooting, and operating sophisticated robotic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute diverse manufacturing tasks to deliver superior products.
  • Manage work orders to finalize products for inventory.
  • Assemble components into sub-assemblies utilizing standard tools.
  • Conduct mechanical, electrical, and optical assemblies using hand tools and advanced equipment.
  • Employ laboratory instruments to measure and assess materials.
  • Troubleshoot issues with PCBs and electromechanical assemblies.
  • Operate within MS XP environments.
  • Analyze quality data to inform processing decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with standard laboratory protocols.
  • Understanding of lasers, laser-optics, electro-optics, electronics, or related disciplines.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with supervisors and colleagues.
  • Experience with SOPs, travelers, ECOs, and GMP is advantageous.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving responsibilities.
