Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Third Rock Company. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assembly operations to meet production plans and specifications
  • Adhere to all manufacturing procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions (WIs), and good manufacturing practices (GMP)
  • Identify and obtain necessary materials, tools, and equipment
  • Assist with the transfer of new products or design changes
  • Accurately complete all necessary manufacturing documentation, including lot history records (LHRs) and finished product records (FRMs)
  • Collaborate with engineering and support teams to improve processes and implement changes
  • May assist manufacturing engineers with projects and initiatives
  • Adhere to company quality systems and follow GMP guidelines
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Work with minimal supervision and take initiative to complete tasks
  • Perform training and development activities as needed
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Maintain corporate confidentiality at all times
  • Understand and adhere to job-specific quality system procedures and processes as defined in the Training Matrix

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in medical device manufacturing
  • Flexibility to modify working hours to meet business needs
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Ability to work in a controlled manufacturing environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Good command and working knowledge of spoken and written English
