Our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) program is designed to create a supportive home and community for youth facing emotional and behavioral difficulties. Role Responsibilities:

The Residential Services Manager acts as the primary administrator and leader for their designated facility. This role involves overseeing and managing the residential environment across all shifts. The manager is accountable for ensuring compliance with organizational policies, mental health regulations, and the standards set forth by the Joint Commission.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with occasional weekend and night monitoring required.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master's degree in a human services discipline, OR
  • Bachelor's degree in a human services or related field with two years of experience in behavioral health, OR
  • Bachelor's degree in a non-human services field with four years of experience in behavioral health, OR
  • Relevant license, provisional license, certificate, registration, or permit from a governing board in a human service profession.
