Job Title: Auto Body Technician

Job Summary:

The Auto Body Technician is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by repairing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. This role requires a high level of technical skill and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and repair vehicle damage using various tools and techniques
  • Plan and execute repair work to meet customer expectations and deadlines
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve repair facility KPIs
  • Ensure all work is executed correctly and meets quality standards
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Successful completion of technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer
  • Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Thorough understanding of methods and procedures to repair vehicle bodies
