Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee all store operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and enthusiastic store crew, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provide inspirational feedback and coaching to employees, promoting a motivated and engaged team.
  • Develop and implement effective employee schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels and efficient store operations.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking, to maintain optimal levels and minimize waste.
  • Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and safe, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Assist with key financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Act as a backup to the Store Manager, ensuring continuity of operations and exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older (21 years of age for some states)
  • Access to a car or other motorized vehicle
  • Liability insurance on the vehicle
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and days, adapting to our dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English with basic math skills
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
