Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Foot Locker. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales and maximizing profit goals for a specific store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service
  • Delivering sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations
  • Acting as a partner between customers, sales associates, and store leadership
  • Maintaining an awareness of all product knowledge and current or upcoming product trends
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales setting
  • Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
  • Motivated to achieve great results due to enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products
  • Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment
  • Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis
  • High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
