Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor Accounts: Identify outstanding debts and overdue payments, and take necessary actions to collect debts.
  • Investigate Historical Data: Review each debt or bill to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Contact Clients: Reach out to clients to inquire about their overdue payments and negotiate payment plans.
