Job Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Design and implement commercial compensation plans that align with business objectives and motivate top performers;">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of incentive strategies;">
  • Analyze complex data to inform compensation decisions and identify areas for process improvement;">
  • Develop written process documents to effectively manage compensation-related processes;">
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of incentive compensation plans and policies;">
  • Cultivate strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to stay aligned on current products and go-to-market strategies.">
  • Provide coaching and guidance to commercial staff to enhance their understanding and motivation regarding sales compensation plans;">

Requirements

  • ">
  • 5+ years of experience in sales compensation plan design and implementation;">
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and database skills;">
  • Experience with Salesforce, Xactly Incent, or equivalent cloud-based solution;">
  • Proficiency using SQL or other query tools/languages to perform data manipulation;">
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact with different levels of management;">
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment meeting goals and deadlines;">
  • Commitment to valuing diversity, practicing inclusive behaviors, and contributing to an equitable working environment.">
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field;">
  • Possess a strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously;">

Compensation and Benefits

">

The anticipated starting salary range for this role is $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation based on individual and organizational performance. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
