Position Summary:
The role involves managing the documentation for shipments and ensuring that products are prepared adequately for dispatch, which includes proper packing and labeling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents.
  • Receive and inspect incoming materials, ensuring accuracy and data entry into the inventory management system.
  • Conduct local pickups and deliveries as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. and international shipping regulations.
  • Utilize the BE system for inventory transactions and shipment processing.

Essential Duties:
  • Operate and inspect powered industrial equipment as required.
  • Manage material check-in and check-out processes in the BE System.
  • Deliver materials to designated work areas as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Prepare products for shipment and load outgoing vehicles.
  • Handle boxed goods weighing up to 75 lbs with assistance.
  • Adhere to safety protocols while operating material handling equipment.
  • Move incoming shipments to storage and work areas, maintaining location records.
  • Complete Hazardous Waste Training (RCRA) as mandated.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Follow safety guidelines in accordance with ORAFOL Europe’s safety program; utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain product quality standards in line with ORAFOL’s Quality Program.

Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma required.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years in a related field.

Skills and Attributes:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Sound decision-making abilities.
