About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Gastroenterology Division as a Clinic Resource Nurse. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Gastroenterology Division in providing high-quality patient care, including pre-procedure inquiries and care coordination.
  • Collaborate with the Quality and Safety team to ensure efficient patient care delivery and effective communication.
  • Play a crucial role in addressing pre-procedure inquiries and supporting clinic access.
  • Work closely with the Nurse Manager to ensure optimal patient outcomes and efficient patient care delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
  • Previous inpatient experience is strongly preferred.
  • At least 2 years nursing experience is required.
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
  • An understanding of different subspecialty areas in the Division of Gastroenterology, including GI Endoscopy, and gastroenterology medical expertise is required for this role.
