Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee Employee Training Records.
  • Ensure all staff members are accurately entered into the training database with appropriate training assignments.
  • Maintain training documentation by timely uploading necessary files.
  • Ensure compliance with the Record Retention Policy regarding file maintenance.
  • Adhere to corporate privacy standards.
  • Prepare training files for external audits.
  • Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation, including training assistance.
  • Schedule and confirm training sessions for new hires.
  • Ensure the availability of instructors and the relevance of training curriculums.
  • Provide additional support to employees in completing online training as needed.
  • Act as a substitute trainer when required (e.g., ProACT, CPR).
  • Travel may be necessary for certain responsibilities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: One to two years in a related role or a combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly.
  • Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 15 lbs.
  • Ability to pull a minimum of 10 lbs.
  • Must be able to squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stoop.
  • Regular use of hands for handling objects, tools, or controls is required.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Proficiency in CPR from the floor level is necessary, involving work on hands, knees, bending, standing, and lifting.
  • Vision requirements include close, distance, and peripheral vision.
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to talk and hear.
