Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all areas of the healthcare facility are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, thereby minimizing the risk of infection and promoting overall health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine cleaning and organization of designated areas within the hospital, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.
- Utilize approved sanitization methods and tools to disinfect various hospital areas, recognizing that different locations such as patient rooms, emergency departments, and surgical suites require specific procedures.
- Restock essential supplies in common areas and patient rooms, ensuring availability of items such as soap, paper products, and linens.
- Adhere to proper disposal protocols for medical waste, including biohazard materials, to maintain safety standards.
- Engage with patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and friendly manner, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills to complete necessary online training and access information.
