Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

Working Environment

As a Certified Nurse Aide at WellSpan Health Services, you will work in a clean, well-ventilated, indoor environment, with possible exposure to patients with infectious diseases or bodily fluids. You will interact with a diverse range of customers, including patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Reporting Structure

You will report to the Clinical Manager of the assigned unit or their designee, with informal reporting and relationships established with all levels of nursing personnel, other hospital personnel, management, physicians, patients, and the general public.
