Overview
SURVICE Engineering Company is seeking a highly skilled Test and Evaluation Engineer to support our Michigan Area Operation. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in accelerating the development and implementation of our defense systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement test strategies, approaches, and plans to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our defense systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, logisticians, and contracting analysts, to identify and address test-related issues.
- Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced engineers and technicians to ensure the successful execution of test programs.
- Maintain and update test-related documentation, including test schedules, policies, and programmatic documentation.
- Coordinate and participate in regular engagements with Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC), ATEC HQ, and DOT&E to ensure alignment with defense industry standards.
- Develop and present data for reviews to provide timely and accurate reporting and program status to internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and encourage cross-program communication within the PEO CS&CSS Test Community to ensure effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field of study and 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and provide technical guidance and support to less experienced engineers and technicians.
- Strong knowledge of program management, system engineering, and value management technologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and present data for reviews.
- Knowledge of the PEO/PM structure and organizations, as well as the CCDC structure and organization, with emphasis on GVSC.
