Role Overview:
As a Client Service Representative (Part Time, Sundays only), you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing support and assistance as they navigate our facility. Your role is crucial in ensuring that clients feel welcomed and informed during their visit.

Your compassion and dedication will help create a positive experience for both clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and check-in clients upon arrival
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • Accompany clients and their pets to examination rooms
  • Organize and maintain medical records, charts, and correspondence
  • Discuss payment options and process transactions
  • Ensure a tidy and organized lobby area
Qualifications:
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure and emotional situations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service abilities and telephone etiquette
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
  • Sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility in work hours with the willingness to work additional hours as needed
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to anticipate needs across departments
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Prior experience in a veterinary environment is preferred
