We aim to revive the classic cinema experience with modern amenities, including a full bar and grille, and push-button service in our state-of-the-art recliners.

Role Overview:
The BOH Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing all culinary staff within their designated areas. This position assumes operational responsibilities in the absence of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef. The supervisor is tasked with ensuring compliance with established standards while maintaining budgetary constraints. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to varying production demands.

Key Responsibilities:

To guarantee exceptional guest satisfaction by guiding team members in the safe and timely preparation and service of food.

To ensure strict adherence to recipes and maintain the integrity of food quality in accordance with established shelf standards.


Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to drive BOH operations towards success.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a culinary environment is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling practices.
  • Availability to work days, nights, and weekends as required.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards in food preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and organized.
  • Dedication to quality service and food and beverage excellence.
  • Experience in training and supervising culinary team members in accordance with recipe specifications.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate team members towards common objectives.
  • Proficiency in all kitchen stations is required.
  • Capability to maintain low staff turnover and optimal staffing levels.
  • Thorough understanding of legal compliance regarding:
  • Licensing Laws
  • Health and Safety Regulations
  • Food Handling and Hygiene Laws
  • First Aid Procedures

Essential Duties:
  • Uphold company standards and service levels to enhance sales and minimize costs.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, and applicable laws.
  • Develop and implement action plans for EcoSure Audit improvements.
  • Address guest complaints and take appropriate measures to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain security protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Provide guidance to team members on operational and procedural matters.
  • Foster a proactive and innovative approach to skills development within the team.
  • Ensure smooth restaurant operations by completing all required checklists promptly.
  • Demonstrate initiative in planning for future operational needs.
  • Strive to exceed expectations of both guests and team members.
  • Cultivate positive guest relations and communicate potential future requirements to the Executive Chef for food quality and safety enhancements.
  • Set a strong example of the company dress code and appearance standards, ensuring team compliance.
  • Enforce all food and alcohol licensing regulations.
  • Maintain sanitary practices for food handling and overall cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and nurture future leaders within the team.
  • Ensure comprehensive training and validation of team member knowledge.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Capability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 45 lbs.
