Position Overview:

Albireo Energy is looking for a skilled System Specialist III to enhance our team. This role is crucial in delivering effective solutions for HVAC Building Automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of electronic and digital control systems, along with strong interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts startup procedures, system checks, diagnostics, and commissioning for various project sizes.
  • Implements preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Identifies and resolves issues with control components and systems.
  • Develops, tests, and commissions programming software and graphical interfaces.
  • Engages with clients to meet service requirements and suggests system improvements.
  • Provides training to clients on the operation of control systems.
  • Maintains thorough job documentation and submits reports in a timely manner.
  • Collaborates with service managers and subcontractors as necessary.
  • Offers technical insights for sales opportunities and proposals.
  • Stays current with technical advancements through self-directed learning and certifications.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a Vocational School program or an Associate's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of five to seven years of experience in servicing electronic controls and HVAC systems.
  • Proven ability to manage tasks across multiple job sites.
  • Strong familiarity with software applications relevant to the HVAC sector.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's license.

Compensation: $33-$40/hr, based on experience.
