Key Responsibilities:

As a NAPA Automotive Parts Specialist, you will be the face of our retail store and the voice of our wholesale customers. You will provide auto parts answers and solutions to our customers in person at the counter or over the phone. You will use your parts knowledge to assist other NAPA team members and answer questions for customers. You will provide outstanding customer care and interactions with everyone who comes into our NAPA Store. You will welcome retail customers into our retail stores and engage to provide a positive consumer experience. You will use technology, cash registers, telephones, and paper catalog systems.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 18 years of age and a valid driver's license
  • Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Great listening skills and empathy for customers
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background and/or passion for the automotive industry, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership
  • Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems
  • ASE certifications
