ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, risk management, or a related discipline
  • Master's degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical environment
  • Proficient in computer applications and office software

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and assess clinical risks
  • Conduct investigations into adverse incidents and implement corrective measures
  • Formulate strategies for risk mitigation
  • Provide guidance to departments on clinical risk issues
  • Collaborate with various teams to incorporate risk management principles

SALARY RANGE:

$65,000 - $95,000
