Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join our team at Mphasis. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM systems to ensure secure access to company resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement IAM policies and procedures.
  • Configure and maintain IAM systems, including authentication and authorization tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address IAM-related issues.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in IAM implementation and management.
  • Expertise in Oracle Identity & Access Manager.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance regulations.
Education and Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Certificates in IAM, security, or related fields are an added advantage.
Salary Estimate:

$90,000 - $140,000 per year.
