TerraBella Senior Living is a leading provider of senior living and care services, with over 30 communities across the Carolinas, Virginia, Kentucky, Georgia, and Tennessee. We are seeking a skilled Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team at Preston Greens community.

Job Summary

The Certified Nurse Assistant will provide hands-on care and support to our residents, maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide physical and emotional support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Observe and report changes in resident conditions, including skin, behavior, alertness, weight, dietary, and participation in activities.
  • Respond promptly to security system and resident call bells.
  • Assist with continence management and dispose of continence products properly to maintain sanitation of resident suites and community restrooms.
  • Serve and collect food trays, and assist with meal service as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
  • Practice good standard care precautions of cleanliness, hygiene, and health.
  • Help residents maintain independence, promote dignity, and physical safety.
  • Participate in and assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating, as instructed.
  • Engage residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities.
  • Greet and assist all internal and external customers, guests, family members, residents, vendors, and team members.
  • Perform resident laundry as assigned and needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
  • Certified Nurse's Aid certification preferred.
  • High School diploma/GED.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
