Shift: 12-hour rotating schedule

Compensation: Starting pay rate ranges from $19.09 to $25.00, depending on experience.

Position Summary:

The Machine Operator will be responsible for overseeing the operation of production equipment, ensuring efficient processes from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of machinery and a willingness to expand their knowledge in new operational methods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strive to meet daily and weekly production targets while maintaining high efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting equipment issues, escalating to the Production Supervisor when necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by all operators.
  • Promote a culture of safety and cleanliness in the workplace.
  • Assist in training new operators as required.
