Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of dialysis equipment, water treatment systems, and other technical equipment to ensure optimal performance and patient safety.
- Staff Training and Education: Educate direct patient care and technical staff on the proper use and maintenance of equipment, and document training sessions.
- Policy and Procedure Enforcement: Ensure that technical and direct care staff follow established policies and procedures for equipment maintenance and use.
