National Home Health Services is a leading provider of post-acute home health care services. We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Speech Therapist to provide treatment to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech Pathology and at least one year of experience working with adult patients.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' speech and language abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Administer rehabilitative services to improve patients' communication skills.
  • Collaborate with patients' physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document patients' progress and provide regular updates to their families.
  • Participate in in-service education and staff development activities to stay current with best practices.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent.
  • At least one year of supervised work experience with adult patients.
  • California Board of Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers licensure.
  • Membership in the American Speech and Hearing Association.
Work Environment

This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. The Speech Therapist will work independently, traveling to patients' homes to provide treatment.

Compensation

The salary for this position is $80,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
