Job SummaryWe are looking for a qualified Speech Therapist to provide treatment to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech Pathology and at least one year of experience working with adult patients.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' speech and language abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer rehabilitative services to improve patients' communication skills.
- Collaborate with patients' physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patients' progress and provide regular updates to their families.
- Participate in in-service education and staff development activities to stay current with best practices.
- Master's degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent.
- At least one year of supervised work experience with adult patients.
- California Board of Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers licensure.
- Membership in the American Speech and Hearing Association.
This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. The Speech Therapist will work independently, traveling to patients' homes to provide treatment.
CompensationThe salary for this position is $80,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
