Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders from guests and input them into our point-of-sale system
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Anticipate guests' needs and provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare tableside items as requested by guests
  • Complete side work, including cleaning and restocking supplies
  • Polish silver, buff glasses, and set up service carts
  • Explain menu items to guests and answer any questions they may have
  • Check on the quality of food and service to ensure excellent guest satisfaction
Requirements
  • Previous restaurant experience preferred
  • Ability to deal with customers and co-workers in a tactful and respectful manner
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Ability to interpret and follow instructions
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this job include standing, walking, and moving through all areas of the casino. The employee must be able to maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

The work environment is a smoke-filled casino with a loud noise level. The employee must be able to work in this environment and provide excellent customer service to our guests.
