Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages following established recipes.
  • Deliver exceptional service to guests and staff in accordance with company policies.
  • Handle cash transactions and manage guest checks responsibly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety within the bar area.
  • Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
  • Exhibit professionalism in all interactions, ensuring a memorable experience.
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Promote responsible gaming and alcohol service by communicating any concerns to management.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a Mixology certification.
  • At least two years of experience in a high-volume bartending environment is preferred. T.I.P.S. and Sanitation certifications are advantageous.
  • Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately.

Work Environment:

  • Work is typically conducted in a fast-paced bar setting, which may involve exposure to noise and other casino-related environmental factors.
  • Employees may be required to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements include the ability to see at various distances and perceive colors accurately.
