Job Summary

Zingerman's Roadhouse is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Roadshow service professional to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests, ensuring a positive experience and exceeding expectations.
  • Operate a cash register and handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and card transactions.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
