The Role

As an HR Manager at ENGINETECH NORTH AMERICA CORPORATIO, you will play a critical role in driving business success by developing and executing strategic HR initiatives. Your expertise will focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage the hiring process, and onboard new employees.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Time and Attendance Management: Implement and manage time and attendance systems, including ADP.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
