Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource Coordinator to assist and support various human resources functions at Canopy by Hilton. This role is responsible for maintaining new hire and personnel files, verifying applicant background checks, and supporting hiring processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with new hire paperwork and conduct new hire onboarding
  • Participate in local community outreach on behalf of the hotel
  • Support hiring processes and issues for managers and supervisors
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information
  • Respond to employee questions, requests, and concerns, and assist in resolving issues

Requirements:

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • 2 years of experience in customer service, human resources, or a related field, with hotel experience preferred

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
