Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate new hire orientation by delivering training on infection prevention and control for newly recruited staff.
- Design and implement educational programs addressing identified infection control needs through Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI), rounding, and center quality measures.
- Develop, execute, monitor, and uphold the IPCP to ensure the highest quality of patient care regarding the investigation, control, and prevention of infections and communicable diseases.

Qualifications:
Applicants must be graduates of an accredited School of Nursing with current registered nurse licensure. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, along with specialized training in infection prevention and control to be completed within 90 days of hire. A minimum of three years of full-time nursing experience is required, and flexibility in working hours is essential to accommodate staff on various shifts.
Position Type: Full Time
Pay Range: $45-$49 / hour
