Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing information and guidance throughout the car-buying process.
  • Utilize a consultative selling approach to match customers with the perfect vehicle, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Transition customers from online or phone interactions to in-store experiences, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through referrals and creative approaches, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and delivering results-driven sales performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a valid sales license required for this position.
