Job Description

Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) looking to support students in achieving their communication goals? We are seeking a full-time SLPA to join our team in Santa Ana, CA.

This position offers a great opportunity to work in a collaborative school setting with a team of supportive professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in conducting therapy sessions for students.
  • Implement individualized speech and language programs under the direction of an SLP.
  • Monitor and document student progress, keeping accurate and organized records.
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' communication needs.

Qualifications:

  • Valid SLPA license in California.
  • Associates degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is preferred.
