Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathology Assistant to provide speech and language services to eligible students in our educational setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech-language pathology and be able to work under the general supervision of a site administrator.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language services to eligible students individually and in small groups.
  • Monitor and report pupil progress in the areas of speech and language related to individual education plans.
  • Relieve instructional staff members of routine tasks related to the instructional assignment.
  • Provide intensified learning experiences for students in assigned areas.
  • Perform a variety of clerical and supportive tasks for instructional personnel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
  • Valid License as a Speech-Language Therapy Assistant.
  • Certificate as a SLPA.
  • Ability to work under general supervision of a site administrator.
  • Valid California Drivers License.
