Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of property maintenance, including coordinating requests and understanding rent charges.
  • Engage with residents, prospects, vendors, and community members to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement budgets, marketing campaigns, and business plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • Lead a team of on-site maintenance technicians, office staff, and leasing team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collect and document all required fees from residents and maintain accurate community files and records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Three or more years of progressive experience in property management.
