Your expertise in interior design, project management, and leadership will be essential in delivering high-quality projects that meet our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams and manage interior design projects of varying sizes and complexity.
  • Oversee the entire design process, from conceptualization to completion.
  • Develop and implement design solutions that meet our clients' needs and expectations.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure cost control throughout each phase.
  • Guide and mentor junior designers, providing direction and oversight to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years' experience in interior design, design management, and design services.
  • 5+ years' experience creating interior design solutions for k-12 facilities (must be recent within the last 5 years).
  • Professional Registration (preferred but not required).
  • Advanced Computer and Information Management Skills (AutoCAD, Revit).
