">Responsibilities

- Conduct a variety of laboratory tests to assist in diagnosing and treating diseases">
- Maintain accurate records and results through quality control, proficiency testing, calibrations, and instrument maintenance">
- Act as a technical expert to clinical staff, co-workers, and other departments">
- Participate in training and mentoring new staff, assisting with evaluation and validation of new equipment, and taking on additional responsibilities such as Key operator, QC review, and Technical writing">
- Comply with regulations and industry standards, ensuring accuracy and reliability in test results">
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously">
Requirements
">- ">
- Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory/medical technology science from an accredited institution">
- Certification as a Medical Technologist/Medical Lab Scientist, or equivalent certification approved by Manager and Human Resources">
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, nights, and on-call">
- SCYM ASCP certification, experience with laboratory information systems, and experience in relevant areas of the clinical laboratory are preferred">
