Job Overview

Xanitos, Inc. is a leading provider of hospital housekeeping services, and we are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our client's facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim to maintain a high level of aesthetic appeal.
  • Clean and disinfect rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas to prevent the spread of infection.
  • Sweep and/or vacuum floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Dust furniture and equipment to prevent dust buildup and maintain a clean appearance.
  • Polish metalwork to maintain a high level of shine and cleanliness.
  • Wash walls, ceiling, and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills to maintain a clean and well-maintained appearance.
  • Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to the disposal area to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Replenish bathroom supplies to ensure a clean and well-stocked environment.
  • Transport small equipment or tools between departments to maintain efficiency and productivity.
Job Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent required.
  • Experience in the janitorial industry a plus.
  • Medical cleaning a plus.
  • Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required.

The expected hourly rate for this position ranges from $19.00 to $19.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
