  • Evaluate existing equipment and formulate strategies for improvements; conduct feasibility studies for potential upgrades.
  • Develop and uphold documentation to comply with regulatory standards.
  • Renew and apply for necessary FCC licenses as required.
  • Administer and troubleshoot telecommunication systems, providing expert technical support as needed.
  • Guarantee adherence to all applicable policies and regulations.

Qualifications

Education and Experience
A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related discipline, coupled with 15 years of experience in telecommunications. Candidates lacking a bachelor’s degree must possess 19 years of relevant experience.

Essential Knowledge and Skills

  • Familiarity with regulations, SCADA systems, LAN/WAN architecture, routing, MPLS, RF design, fiber optics, and related technologies.
  • Proven abilities in time management, effective communication, decision-making, and providing technical guidance.

Compensation Overview

Annual Salary Range: $115,900 (Minimum) to $136,300 (Midpoint); eligibility for a Short Term Incentive Plan of up to 15%.
